Method
Place frozen pie shells on cookie tray. Let thaw for 5 min. Poke fork holes in bottom of shell. Place 1 Dove chocolate piece in shell. Add 1 square piece of cookie dough on top of chocolate. Bake for 17 min. Cool for 5 min. Add 1 scoop of ice cream on top of cookie. Top with whipped topping and chopped nuts.
Notes: These mud pies are so delicious. The Dove piece stays soft and melts out when cut into. The cookie give a great flavor with the ice cream. Best when eaten while still a little warm.
Number of Servings: 8 frozen pies--or you can make less
