An easy, fun dessert using prepared sugar cookie dough, a cream cheese filling, fresh fruit and caramel sauce.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 tube ready to bake sugar cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • Caramel sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 small tray fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 6 fresh kiwis, sliced thin
  • Caramel sauce

Method

Bake cookies as instructed on package. Let cookies completely cool. Mix cream cheese, with sugar and vanilla. Spread a tablespoon of cream cheese mix on cooled cookie. Top with a slice of kiwi and a slice of strawberry. Drizzle caramel sauce over cookie. Repeat until cookies are used up.
