
Add this healthy dessert to your grilled out dinner tonight. It will cook on the grill while you eat your dinner.
Cut up the melons and make into cubes-set aside. Make a foil bowl or use a grill bowl.
Cut open the lime and juice by squeezing the lime into the container you are going to cook in. Now add the mint jelly and olive oil and stir together. Add the melons and stir - I myself use my hands.
Warm on the grill for a bit (I use a pre-made loaf dish and cover and do not put it directly over the fire), so it warms. You can actually make dessert while you are eating your dinner prepared on the grill - put this on and turn off the grill and use the residual heat or have it on low. Remember that you are not cooking it you are warming it.
