marshmallow brownie cake

This melt in your mouth brownie cake is layered with marshmallows and drizzled with a chocolate sauce that will be hard to resist.
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 C sugar 4 eggs
- 1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
- 1 C plain flour
- 1 t baking powder
- Pinch salt
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 1/2 C miniature marshmallows

Method
Cream 1 stick butter with 1 cup sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Stir in chocolate syrup. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt and blend into chocolate mixture. Add vanilla. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 about 35 to 40 minutes. Cover cake immediately with marshmallows. Combine sugar, milk, and butter in heavy saucepan over low heat and stir until butter is melted and sugar dissolved. Add chocolate chips and vanilla and stir until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat and beat until smooth. Drizzle over marshmallows. Let cool before serving.
