Mandarin Orange Cake

A yellow cake mix is baked with mandarine oranges in the batter, then spread with a vanilla pudding mixture containing pineapple and Cool Whip.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 C salad oil
- 1 regular can mandarin oranges and juice
- Topping:
- 1 15 or 20 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
- 1 Large pkg. vanilla instant pudding 1 8-oz carton frozen whipped topping, thawed

Method
Mix all cake ingredients with mixer; bake in 9 x 13 pan in 350 degree oven for 30 - 35 minutes. Topping: Stir pineapple and dry pudding. Fold in whipped topping and spread on cooled cake. Will keep for several days in refrigerator or freezer.
