This dessert is a great treat to prepare with apples from an orchard. The dough topping has a slight crunch from granola that can't be beat.

Method
Apple Filling: Combine all ingredients, except butter, and turn out into a buttered 9 inch square baking dish. Top filling mixture with dots of reserved butter. Dough Topping: Combine all topping ingredients until smooth, but don't over beat. Lumps are okay and will smooth out while baking. Drop into 9 portions of equal size over top of apple filling then bake 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees. Icing: Once cooled, drizzle icing mixture over top of Magical Michigan Apple Cobbler.
