Fat free chocolate sorbet gives this dessert its healthy appeal and the Kahlua gives it the burst of flavor that makes it irresistible.
In a food processor, grind graham crackers into crumbs (about 1 1/2 cups). Slowly pour canola oil into food processor while it is on. Transfer graham crumb mixture into a pie pan and spread evenly. (Rinse off food processor bowl and blade.)
Combine sorbet and Kahlua in a food processor until thoroughly mixed. Pour sorbet into prepared pie pan. Freeze until firm.
Just before serving, decorate the pie top with chocolate chips. Serve cold and frozen!
