Lemonberry Crust Pie

Lemon gelatin combines with whole berry cranberry sauce for this delicious and simple pie.
Ingredients
- 2 3 oz pouches lemon gelatin
- 1 16 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 6 oz plain yogurt
- 1 6 oz graham cracker crust
- Optional:
- Whipped topping
- Plain or lemon flavored yogurt

Method
Cook gelatin until dissolved but do not add cold water then let cool in pan. Add 3/4 of cranberry sauce, stir and add plain yogurt then stir again. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and refrigerate until set up. Can be topped with a thin layer of whipped topping, plain or lemon flavored yogurt.
