This refreshing chilled dessert is quickly made by combining dessert topping, sweetened condensed milk, and lemonade concentrate, and spooning this into purchased graham shells.

Ingredients

  • 1 container of Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 small can of frozen lemonade concentrate (2/3 cup)
  • 2 purchased graham cracker pie crusts

Method

Blend all ingredients together until mixed well. Pour into Graham Cracker Crusts, and Refrigerate at least 3 hours to get the correct consistency. It should be thicker than pudding, so you can slice it, yet still soft.

Notes: This recipe is great for the summer, and can be Refrigerated for a few days, before it spoils. It is a very rich flavor, and it can be substituted with Limeade, or whatever you think would work. Experiment!!!
