Method

Line an 8- or 9-inch baking pan with foil, leaving enough overhang to easily remove fudge from pan; spray foil with nonstick coating. In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with 1 cup of the sweetened condensed milk; add orange extract and orange zest. Spread chocolate mixture in prepared pan; cool and chill for 10 minutes or until firm. In a clean saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate baking pieces, add remaining sweetened condensed milk, lemon extract, lemon zest and citrus peel; mixture will be thick. Spread carefully over cooled layer; cool and chill for two hours or until firm. To serve lift foil to remove candy from pan; peel off foil and cut into one-inch squares.

Notes: This is pretty to serve and ever so tasty! The light and dark layers and refreshing citrus flavor make this candy a great holiday treat, and it's so easy to make.
