These desserts are a wonderful way to enjoy a more sophisticated version of an old childhood favorite.
Chill the wine. Cut pits out of peaches and puree in blender or food processor. In 6 champagne glasses, pour equal amounts of peach puree, and scoop 1/4 cup raspberry sorbet in each glass. Fill each glass with the wine and divide the raspberries evenly among glasses, placing one on each rim and letting the rest float in the floats.
