Key Lime Pie

|2 cans||Sweetened Condensed Milk|
|3||Egg Yolks--you Can Whip The Whites Into a Meringue, later if you like (not in recipe|
|1-6 oz bottle||Key Lime Juice, bottled or fresh|
|1||Extra-large Prepared, graham cracker pie crust|
|Optional--1 Tub of Whipped Cream, fresh or store brand|
pre-heat oven to 400*
Mix the sweetened condensed milk, with the egg yolks using a wire whisk.
Add the Key Lime juice, and whisk again to an even consistency.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
Cover and refrigerate.
Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
