
This fluffy, chocolate- and macadamia nut-flavored dessert will delight your dinner guests. But because it contains uncooked egg whites, be sure to keep it well-chilled.
Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Beat egg yolks and 1/2 cup of the sugar about 5 minutes; add to melted chocolate mixture, stirring constantly. Stir in liqueur. Let chocolate mixture cool.
Whip cream until stiff; gently fold into the chocolate mixture. Beat egg whites with the remaining 1/4 cup sugar; fold into chocolate mixture. Chill well.
