Jell-O Marbled Dessert

Cream cheese and sour cream are beaten into gelatin, and whipped cream is folded in for this marbled dessert.
Ingredients
- 1 box sugar-free Jell-O flavor of your choice
- 1 (8 ounce) container soft cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons Splenda

Method
Prepare Jell-O as directed on box. When almost set, beat with an electric mixer until thick and creamy. Beat in cream cheese and sour cream. Beat whipping cream and Splenda until soft peaks form. Fold into Jell-O mixture, allowing to marble. Spoon into dessert dishes and chill for 2 hours.
Notes: This is a light and refreshing dessert.
