Ingredients:
| Crust: | |
| 1 lbs | Dried Strawberries, soaked in water for fifteen minutes |
| ½ lbs | Almond Meal |
| Honey, to taste, optional | |
| Filling: | |
| ½ lbs | Jackfruit |
| ½ lbs | Banana |
| ½ lbs | Coconut Milk |
| ½ cup | Coconut Flake |
| Mint Leaves | |
Directions:
Blend soaked strawberries in a food processor until they form thick a sauce. Add almond meal and honey to sauce and pour it into a pie mold. Let it dry in sun for a few hours. Combine all filling ingredients in a food processor and pour it into pie mold with crust. Place it in freezer until set. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and decorate with mint leaves before serving.
