
Vanilla ice cream is spread in a pie shell made with peanut butter, corn syrup and crisp rice cereal (Rice Krispies), and topped with desired fresh fruit before serving.
Grease 9-inch pie pan with margarine. In a mixing bowl, mix peanut butter and corn syrup; stir in Rice Krispies. Press the mixture firmly around the sides and bottom of pie pan. Chill in freezer until firm. When pie shell is firm, spread ice cream in pie shell and freeze. To serve, top with sliced fruit.
