I Found My Thrill--Blueberry Pizza!

A white cake mix, with rolled oats & butter form both the crust and the nutty streusel topping for this pizza, with blueberry pie filling in the middle.
Ingredients
- 1 (2-layer) package white cake mix
- 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg
- 1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
- 1/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Combine cake mix, 1 cup oats and 6 tablespoons butter in mixer bowl; beat at low speed until crumbly. Remove and set aside 1 cup crumbs. Stir egg into remaining crumbs. Press into greased 12" pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool slightly. Spread with pie filling. Combine reserved crumbs, 1/4 cup oats, 2 tablespoons butter, pecans, brown sugar and cinnamon in bowl; mix well. Sprinkle over pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until light golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into wedges. Serve with whipped topping.
Notes: This is a really fun dish for any age!
