|2 cups||Fresh Sweet Apple Cider|
|4 tsp||Brown Sugar|
|4||3" Cinnamon Sticks|
|4||Cracked Black Peppercorn|
Bring the cider, sugar and butter nearly to a boil over medium high heat in a large saucepan, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Pour into serving cups, and garnish with cinnamon stick, cloves and cracked peppercorn.
For a more spiced version, you can add a few red pepper flakes to the cider.
