Whole black peppercorns add a spicy bite to a cup of warm and comforting apple cider.

2 cups Fresh Sweet Apple Cider
4 tsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Butter
4 3" Cinnamon Sticks
4 Cloves
4 Cracked Black Peppercorn


Bring the cider, sugar and butter nearly to a boil over medium high heat in a large saucepan, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Pour into serving cups, and garnish with cinnamon stick, cloves and cracked peppercorn.

Helpful Tips:

For a more spiced version, you can add a few red pepper flakes to the cider.
