Little bites of bread pudding are made by baking the batter (with honey wheat bread, eggs, evaporated milk, sugar and cinnamon) in tiny muffin cups.

Crumble bread into a large bowl; add evaporated milk and water, then add sugar, cinnamon, and butter or margarine; let sit about 30 minutes. Stir in eggs, vanilla, add salt. Let sit about 10 min. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of batter into "mini" (1 3/4-inch) muffin pans. Bake at 350 degrees about 20-25 minutes or until done.
