Homemade Ice Cream

You have creative freedom when you make your own ice cream. Add your favorite treats to make it the best.

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• 2 1/4 cups sugar
• 5 cups milk
• 4 cups sweetened condensed milk
• 4 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp salt

Method

Beat eggs until creamy. Gradually add sugar. Beat until very thick and stiff. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into gallon freezer container and freeze.

Notes: May add flavoring or fruit.
