Need a quick, healthy pick-me-up? Try these healthy chocolate candies with coconut, nuts and textured vegetable protein.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
Add other ingredients and mix well. Use a tablespoon to drop onto wax paper then refrigerate.
Notes:
In place of last 2 ingredients you can use chopped nuts, raisins, high protein cereal, seeds (flax, sunflower, pumpkin) soy nuts, dry edamame, or bran.
