Angel food cake slices are topped with frozen yogurt & berries, then drizzled with a syrup of brown sugar, balsamic vinegar, cinnamon & lemon peel.
Bring balsamic vinegar, sugar, and cinnamon to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until reduced by half. Stir in lemon zest. Place one slice of cake on plate, top with 1/2 cup frozen yogurt, 1/2 cup berries, and drizzle with one-fourth of the balsamic sauce.
