Heavenly Low Calorie Cake

This cake is everything that its title claims, heavenly and low calorie. What a rare find.
Ingredients
- 2 small boxes instant sugar free vanilla pudding
- 3 cups + 2 tbsp cold fat free milk, divided
- 1 8 oz tub fat free frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 box fat free graham crackers
- 1 container chocolate fudge frosting

Method
To start, mix pudding and 3 cups of milk together. Whisk until dissolved and thickened. Add Cool Whip using electric mixer to combine well, and set aside. Line a 9 X 13 X 2 container (plastic works well for storage) with graham crackers and spread 1/2 of pudding mixture on top. Add another laker of graham crackers and remaining pudding. Top with another layer of graham crackers. Spoon 1/2 of frosting into medium bowl and stir in remaining 2 tbsp milk. Stir until smooth and spreadable. Spread over top of graham crackers. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
