Healthy Fruit Pops


This healthy and lowfat frozen treat is great for summer or a last minute snack.



Ingredients:

  • 1 cut up pear
  • 1 cut up banana
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1 serving non-fat mini marshmallows

Method

Put fruit and milk in food processor until all chunks are out. Add marshmallows until they are chopped. Put into little cups with popsicle sticks and freeze.

Notes:

Number of servings: 2-6 depending on the cups
