Gramdma's Famous Pumpkin Bundt Cake

The perfect dessert to finish off that special meal--a pumpkin and nut bundt cake. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream.
 

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1 1/4 cups cooking oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts, optional

Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray bundt pan with non-stick spray. Sift all dry ingredients together. Blend beaten eggs and sugar together then add pumpkin and oil. Blend in flour mixture and nuts. Pour into bundt pan bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
