Graham Cracker Bars

Layered with chocolate chips and nuts, these graham cracker bars are topped with a buttery, sugar syrup. Next time, use only cashews, pecans, or your favorite nut.
Ingredients
- Graham cracker squares
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 can mixed nuts
- 1 cup butter (not margarine)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. white sugar

Method
Line a jelly roll pan with graham crackers. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. To make the topping, boil butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together for 2 minutes. Drizzle over crackers. Let stand until set and then cut into bars.
Notes: These are better than candy bars! But be sure and boil the topping for two minutes or they will not turn out.
