Fudge


The marshmallow cream in this fudge helps to make it just a little chewier than traditional fudge.



Ingredients:

  • 3 C. Sugar  
  • 3/4 C. Butter  
  • 2/3 C. Evaporated milk  
  • 1-12 oz. Package semi sweet choclate chips
  • 1-7 oz. Jar marshmallow cream  
  • 2 C. Finely chopped pecans  
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla

Method

Stir together butter, sugar, and milk. Bring to boil stirring constantly. Cook to 240 Degrees. Remove from heat. Slowly add chips until melted. Add remaining ingredients mix well. Pour into 13x9 buttered pan. Let cool. Cut into squares.
