
Cream cheese blended with fruit juice folded into whipped topping fills the cookie crust in this frozen dessert.
Mix crushed cookies and melted butter. Line a 9x13x2 inch pan with aluminum foil and press cookie mixture onto bottom of pan only; set aside. Place cream cheese and juice in a blender or food processor; blend on high till smooth. Pour mixture into large bowl. Add Cool Whip; stir with whisk until blended. Pour over prepared crust and freeze about 4 hours. Remove 15 minutes before serving.
Notes:
TIP: For a flavor and color change, try different flavors of frozen juice concentrate, such as lemonade, lime, fruit punch or grape.
