Fruity Tropical Storm Torte

This layered dessert has a cream cheese layer spread over a cookie crust, with bananas and mangoes on top, and pie filling & pudding over all.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup shortbread cookie crumbs
- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup ground macadamia nuts
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1, 8-oz cream cheese, softened
- 8-oz nondairy whipped topping
- 3 bananas, sliced thinly
- 1 cup diced mangoes
- 1 21-oz can pineapple pie filling
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 small box instant cheesecake-flavor pudding mix
- 1 3/4 cup cold milk
- 8-oz nondairy whipped topping
- Colored sprinkles (optional)

Method
Combine crumbs, coconut, nuts, butter and mix well. Press evenly over bottom of 13x9 baking dish. Refrigerate until ready to fill. In medium bowl blend cream cheese at medium speed until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped topping and spread over crust. Evenly distribute bananas and mangoes over cream cheese layer. Carefully spread with pineapple filling. Sprinkle evenly with nuts and coconut. Prepare pudding according to directions, using the 1 3/4 cups milk. Pour over fruit layer. Chill a few hours. Frost with whipped topping and garnish with colored sprinkles, if desired.
