Homemade fruit cocktail is very healthy and you control the amount of sugar that is added. This makes a great after school snack or a healthy dessert.
Peel and remove all white from oranges, cut into bite size pieces, place in large bowl. Add washed grapes, pineapple with juice. Then, wash the apples, core and cut them into bite size pieces and place in another bowl, coat well with lemon juice. Let stand a few minutes. Drain and add to other ingredients. Mix well and chill.

Can also add any type melon your family enjoys. Good anytime and anyone can have this. All natural.
