Fruit Cruffin
This dessert is easy to make--it uses packaged muffin mix, prepared and spread in a pastry-lined pan, and topped with cherry pie filling before baking.
Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1 package of blueberry muffin mix
- 1 can of cherry pie filling
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Method
Spray a large metal cake pan or tart pan with non-stick cooking spray. Line the pan with the pie shell; prick pastry. Mix the muffin mix according to package directions; spoon muffin mix over the crust. Spoon the fruit filling over the muffin mix. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top. Bake at 375 about 30 minutes or until muffin mix is done.
