Frozen Strawberry Salad

A light and creamy dessert made with lots of strawberries, pineapple, and banana. This recipe can be divided into individual parfait glasses to help cool off during the summer.

Ingredients:

• 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese, softened  
• 1/2 c. sugar  
• 8 oz. reduced-fat Cool Whip, thawed  
• 2 c. frozen no-sugar-added whole       strawberries, thawed & halved  
• 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can unsweetened       crushed pineapple, UNdrained  
• 1 1/2 c. sliced bananas (2 medium)

Method

Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugar, beating until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and remaining ingredients. Spoon into a 13x9 pan. Cover with foil. Freeze until firm.
