Frozen Stawberry Delight

Homemade iced cream bars with strawberries--a quick and easy make ahead snack your children will love!
 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint whipping cream
  • 1 lbs container whipped topping
  • 16 oz strawberries, thawed
  • Paper cups
  • Popsicle sticks

Method

In a large bowl, add whipping cream and blend with hand mixer until thickened. Cut strawberries with kitchen shears and add to whipping cream. Add whipped topping and fold ingredients with an acrylic spatula. With little paper cups and popsicle sticks, fill cups full with mixture and add a popsicle stick to each one. Freeze overnight or for a few hours.

 

Notes: If using canned fruit, drain and add 1 cup sugar.
