Frozen Margherita (Margarita) Pie
2010-12-20 Other

The Margarita/Margherita is my "favorite" drink, and is usually my drink of choice when I go out with my husband or friends. When I tasted this pie for the first time--it was love at first bite. This recipe was shared with me, from a good friend and co-worker who is now retired--"Bab's." She shared it with me during our school's holiday cookie/desert party. At the end of the event, Bab's "made" me take the left-overs, that I was seriously guarding at the time!
