Frozen Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie

Peanut butter is blended into vanilla ice cream and layered with melted chocolate and whipped cream in a graham cracker crust.
Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 3 cups vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 2 dark chocolate bars
- Whipping cream

Method
Bake pie crust if needed. If using a prepared graham cracker crust, just set aside. Soften ice cream in microwave so it's easier to spoon into mixer. Add peanut butter, and on low speed, mix 2 minutes or until well blended. Pour into crust and freeze until firm, 2-4 hours. Melt chocolate bars in a double boiler. Add 1 tbsp vegetable oil if consistency is too thick and keep stirring just until melted. Set aside and let cool slightly. Spoon over ice cream mixture and return to freezer until chilled. When ready to serve, spoon whipping cream over top of each slice.
