Saying yes to snacks is easy when you've got a supply of these healthy banana popsicles in the freezer.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 small or 3 medium bananas
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
 
Method

Crush bananas in blender or bowl until smooth. Mix in yogurt and stir in lemon juice to protect color. Pour into popsicle holders and freeze.

 

Notes: When neighbor kids came to play with my young children, the first thing they asked was if we had any banana popsicles in the freezer.

 

Number of Servings: 6 popsciles
