A custard pie made of eggnog and topped with whipped cream.
Preheat oven to 350. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs; add remaining filling ingredients, blend well. Pour into a 9" unbaked pasty shell. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. In a small bowl beat whipping cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and brandy (or rum); beat until stiff peaks form. Garnish pie with topping and sprinkle with nutmeg. Keep refrigerated.
