
This custard pie recipe uses evaporated milk plus water, and adds both melted butter or margarine and butter flavoring.
Combine all ingredients in one bowl and mix well. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees. (Some oven temperatures will vary.) Remove from oven, let cool and serve. Store in refrigerator.
