Easy-Tasty Ice Cream Pie

Vanilla ice cream is spread in a purchased graham shell, sprinkled with granola, frozen, then topped with chocolate syrup & garnished with fruit.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 6-oz. Ready-Made Graham Cracker Pie Crust (in foil pie pan with plastic cover)
  • 1 1/2 pints vanilla ice cream, partially thawed (not melted)
  • 2 (approx. 1.2 oz each) crunchy granola bars
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Sundae Syrup
  • (For garnish): 2 medium bananas, sliced and 6 medium strawberries, sliced

Method

1) Spoon ice cream into pie crust and spread evenly. 2) With granola bars still in their wrappers, crush them to break into very small pieces. Open wrappers, and evenly sprinkle granola pieces over ice cream. 3) Cover pie with its cover. Place in freezer at least 4-5 hours. 4) Remove from freezer. Remove cover. Drizzle top with chocolate syrup. Garnish each serving with slices of banana and strawberries.
