Easy Creamy Mandarin Pie

This pie is simple to prepare and makes a beautiful presentation. Your guests will be wowed by this beautiful dessert.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 15 1/4 ounce can mandarins, drained well and divided
  • 6 ounce chocolate graham cracker pie crust
  • 14 ounce can fat free condensed milk
  • 8 ounce package 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons plain flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Method

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Set aside 15 slices of mandarin oranges. Place remaining slices evenly in bottom of pie crust. In a large mixing bowl, combine milk, cream cheese and flour. Beat on low speed for 45 seconds. Increase speed to medium, beat 4 minutes. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in extract. Pour over mandarins in crust. Bake 35-38 minutes until set. Do not over-bake. Remove from oven. Cool completely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. To serve, cover top of pie with whipped topping. Place sliced mandarins evenly over top. Sprinkle with chips.
