Friends and family will enjoy these truffles as gifts. Everyone will love the crunchy cashews in a creamy peanut butter and chocolate base.

  • Servings: 24


½ cup Raw Cashews
¼ cup Creamy Peanut Butter
3 Tbsp Heavy Cream
¼ cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Unsweetened Natural Cocoa Powder
1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips


Place cashews, peanut butter, cream, sugar, and cocoa powder in bowl of food processor. Pulse until well combined. Using a 1-inch scoop, form into balls. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes or until firm. Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and melt at 50% power for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each melt. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate; let excess drip off. Place on parchment paper-covered tray. Store in refrigerator, but remove 15 minutes before serving.

This is a great recipe to make with kids. They might need some help or supervision with the chopping part of this recipe, but they absolutely love the shaping and dipping - itÂ’s really easy, fun and delicious! I started making these at the holidays with my nieces and we gave them as gifts.
