Easiest Pineapple Coconut Pie

Canned crushed pineapple and flaked or shredded coconut is combined with flour and eggs, and baked in a frozen pie shell.
Ingredients
- 1 can of crushed pineapple
- 1 cup of coconut
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 frozen pie shell

Method
Mix first 4 ingredients. Pour into frozen pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cover with foil and bake another 15 minutes. Cool, and it is ready to eat!
Notes: This is a great recipe when you are in a hurry. It's also great for the holidays when company arrives. It is easy to fix.
