Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

This cookie recipe will surely be a winner in any contest. They are sure to make anyone's day a bit brighter.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
- 3.5 oz milk chocolate bar, broken into chunks

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter, peanut butter, sugars, and egg until well blended. Blend in baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix in flour. Stir in peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, and chunks of chocolate bar. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Press slightly with a fork, to make a criss-cross pattern, to a thickness of about 1/2 inch. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
