Dark Chocolate Rice Krispies Bars Gluten Free

Rice Krispies, Gluten-Free AND Chocolate!

  • Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

6 cups Gluten Free Rice Cereal
1½ cups 60% Dark Chocolate Chips
3 Tbsp Butter, melted
10 oz Regular Marshmallows, 1 10 oz bag or 4 cups miniatures

Directions:

Melt butter over low heat in a large pot. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.

After the marshmallow is melted, quickly stir in the chocolate chips and continue with instructions on the box. Add rice cereal and stir until well coated. Using a hard spatula, press mixture into a parchment paper covered 13 X 9 baking pan. Cool and cut into 16 squares.
