Custard Rice Pudding

A creamy custard pudding made with rice and raisins---very easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup milk
- 3 extra large eggs
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup raisins

Method
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients well. Grease a 8 x 8 inch glass pan. Pour in rice mixture. Bake for 1 hour.
Notes: This turns out almost like a bread pudding--much thicker than traditional rice pudding.
