Here's a custard pie filling that will become a favorite. Sprinkle with nutmeg for extra flavor.Ingredients
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ground nutmeg

Beat eggs; add salt, sugar, milk and vanilla. Strain into unbaked 9-inch pie crust. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 450 F for 30 minutes
