
This dessert recipe has a layer of cream puff batter baked for the base, and is topped with a mixture of instant vanilla pudding mix, milk and cream cheese.
For the crust: Bring water and butter to boil; add flour, mixing well. Let cool 5 minutes. Beat in eggs one at a time, until smooth texture. Spread in a greased 9x13-inch pan. Bring up edges a bit. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool.
Filling: Mix pudding and milk; stir into cream cheese. Spread on crust. Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
Notes:
Before serving, drizzle with Chocolate syrup (optional.)
