Cream Frosting or Filling

This mixture of whipped cream, sour cream, sugar and almond and vanilla extracts may be used as a filling, frosting, or a garnish.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whiping cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Method
In a chilled bowl with electric mixer, beat 1 1/2 cups whipping cream until it holds soft peaks. Add sour cream, sugar, almond extract and vanilla. Beat until mixture is stiff enough to hold distinct peaks.
