Cream Chese Cup Cakes

Try these tiny cream cheese desserts for your next party, or send them along in your family's lunches.
Ingredients
- 3- 8 oz packages softened cream cheese
- 1 1/8 c sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla

Method
Beat cheese until smooth and add eggs one at a time, add sugar and vanilla, beat until smooth. Put into cupcake liners approx. 3/4 full. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes.
