Cranberry Crisp

Cranberries and apples are topped with an oat crumb topper for a delicious fruit dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cranberries (rinsed)
- 3 Cups chopped tart apples
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats (not instant oatmeal)
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup melted butter

Method
Place cranberries and apples in a 2-quart baking dish. Add sugar and mix. TOPPING: In a mixing bowl combine rolled oats, brown sugar, pecans and melted butter. Spread evenly over apples and cranberries. Bake for 50 minutes.
